Trapp Family Lodge & Brewery

  Nestled in the mountains of Stowe, Vermont, the Trapp Family Lodge has long been a destination for Vermonters and tourists alike.  As their business and services have expanded, Garage Outfitters has recently had the chance to aid in the progress and expansion.  With plans for a new brewery  well underway, TFL found the need to ensure a sanitary and orderly space in which brewing equipment and processes would occur.  As our work on the floor commenced, cracks and pits were evident throughout the space, as were numerous coats of failing epoxy flooring sealant.  Because brewing equipment and systems were to be installed the following week, it was essential that improvement and protection of the floor happened most efficiently and effectively.  By the end of the second day of work, all surfaces had been properly grinded, chipped, and painted, and was cured/hardened by the following morning, allowing construction of the brew room and equipment to commence.  Because the polyaspartic paint forms a true mechanical bond with the concrete slab by seeping in up to 1/8”, owners and caretakers of TFL can rest assured that the flooring system with never crack or chip.  And best of all, the final product/floor coating is simple to clean and looks great!  Because sanitation, timeliness, and value were priorities to the team at Trapp Family Lodge, they choose Garage Outfitters to get the job done!
